Homeschool Laws

Before you begin homeschooling, you need to make sure you understand your state’s  homeschool regulations. These regulations determine what homeschool families need to do to comply with the state’s homeschool regulations. Compliance often includes matters regarding attendance, testing, and record keeping.

Since regulations vary from state to state, it is up to you to learn about your state’s homeschool regulations. African-American Homeschool Moms provides this information as a service to you, but you should verify any legal information noted here.
